PRICES: All prices are F.O.B. factory and subject to change. Quotations on larger quantities are available upon request. Prices in this catalog are effective January 4, 2006.
FULL COLOR IMPRINTS: Four Color process imprints are available on all products and are billed on the four-color price.
PROOFS:
- Black & white proof sent via email...no charge
- Product proof… $30.00
LAYOUTS: The factory will layout a copy to best fit the image area unless camera-ready artwork is provided. If proofs are required, see above.
PRODUCTION TIME: Normal production time for orders of 1000 units or less is 5 business days from receipt of order. Orders over 1000 units require 5 to 6 working days. Rush service is available.
OVER AND UNDERRUNS: All orders are shipped exact.
TRADEMARK AND COPYRIGHT: The customer accepts full responsibility by claims or litigation rising from alleged infringement of trademarks or copyrights on any requested designs or copy.
COMPUTER IMFORMATION: Artwork can be sent on disk as long as it is complete. Complete artwork includes all fonts used. Resolution of all images must be 300 dpi. Spot colors or 4-color process work only. No RGB files will be accepted. Send Email to: art@beantownbuttons.com
RETURN OF GOODS POLICY: Merchandise may not be returned without prior authorization. All return goods authorization requests must be made within seven (7) days of delivery of order.
CANCELLATION CHARGES: Charges are determined by the amount of work completed of the time of cancellation. Minimum charge is $25.00.
CONSECUTIVE NUMBERING: There is no set-up charge for numbering in black. If using another color, add $30.00 set-up charge. Running changes are listed under button prices.
